In order for you to be considered for membership, you must be sponsored by at least one of our current members, a computer rental company in business for more than two years, and you have filled out this form completely. Submission of online/printed form and dues does not mean automatic membership. Membership is contingent upon NCRA approval and receipt of your $750 annual dues (See Dues Information Below).
