Press Release By John Beagle National Computer Rental Association 2004 Membership Awards January 12, 2005 -The National Computer Rental Association (NCRA) recognizes its membership for Outstanding Service, Personal Service from Outstanding Staff Member, Innovative Excellence, and Best Ambassador of the NCRA. Here are the award winners for 2004: Outstanding Service Providers Platinum Award These companies represent the best of the best in our industry and throughout the NCRA. These companies have all gone above and beyond the normal call of duty to provide the best service, equipment and follow up to insure that all involved had a first class rental experience. In addition these companies always displayed integrity, diligence and appreciation in their dealings with clients and or fellow NCRA members. The Winners were Tallen Technology Rentals (New Jersey); Rent-A-PC (New York); First Computer Rentals (Arizona); ABC Rentals (Las Vegas) Outstanding Service Providers Gold Award These companies have been outstanding to deal with throughout the year. They’re consistent in their service and a pleasure to work with. In addition these companies always displayed integrity, diligence and appreciation in their dealings with clients and or fellow NCRA members. The Winners were Atiwa Computer Leasing (Texas); Mac Rentals (California); ICC Computer Rental (Illinois) NCRA Recognition of Personal Excellence As an Outstanding Staff Member People within the NCRA member companies that were considered to be the very best staff members. The winners were Melissa Rosa, Tallen Technology Rentals; Laura Polsek, Rentsys; and Stefanie DeTando, Tallen Technology Rentals NCRA Award of Innovative Excellence Company seen bringing the best ideas to the NCRA during 2004 for new business, via marketing strategies, new rental applications, related services offered, and new technology based equipment to rent. The winners were Tallen Technology Rentals; Rent-A-PC; and Rentacomputer.com NCRA Ambassador of the Year Award went to First Computer Rentals in Arizona. Information regarding the NCRA: In 1998 the National Computer Rental Association formed in the United States with 10 independent companies. As of January 2005, the NCRA has 35 member companies from 3 countries. NCRA Member companies all have high standards of performance in the computer rental or audio visual industry. Companies are made members by invitation only and must pass general membership approval prior to acceptance in the association.
